A Circular Way of Thinking
What constitutes a circular economy? And why doesn’t it just happen?
In this workshop, we explain the economic theories of circularity and examine the market failures that prevent it. With a clear understanding of the issues, we’re free to explore creative local solutions…
If you have diverse teams with disparate levels of understanding; or if your business is just at the beginning of its sustainability journey, this workshop will provide the skills and tools needed to think differently to achieve better outcomes.
DURATION: Half Day
TAKEAWAY:
Tools to practice circular thinking.
All-in Activation
There’s no point in having Logistics on board if Procurement isn’t on the same page. Collaboration is essential to achieving sustainable change. In this workshop, a range of facilitated activities will focus key players from all areas of the value chain on a common stated goal (either a real-life solution or a new way of working together).
If securing commitment across a broad stakeholder base is your challenge, this workshop will identify what is preventing effective collaboration; and provide actionable recommendations to eliminate the barriers.
DURATION: Full Day
TAKEAWAYS:
Written report of Plasticity’s independent findings, with key relationship action recommendations.
Business Incubator
